There is the option to encrypt your wallet, just like every Bitcoin-qt wallet derivative, and I would recommend using it so that you have to unlock your wallet before you can send cloak. I would NOT recommend encrypting on closing(Read Only password) your wallet as I have lost some funds that way. This is a read only passwd, and while it may be more to use a passwd just once, on exit, my experience has told me that it secures my funds from me. The ReadOnly password should be set in the same way in the GUI for the one that you need to send funds.
